Our office has twice retained Dr. Nelligan to prepare comprehensive risk/needs evaluations of our clients.  She was thorough, from her fact-gathering to her analysis and recommendations.  Dr. Nelligan issued reports that were detailed but accessible, and in one case she followed up the written report with an in-person appearance before a tribunal where she handled questions directly and skillfully.  Dr. Nelligan was very responsive and helped to demystify the relevant issues for us.  I would not hesitate to work with her again.
